Build a Career that Makes a Difference Welcome to our Careers section! We hire talented, dedicated, and driven individuals—the best and the brightest from all over the world. Join us as we develop and deliver solutions for some of the world’s toughest challenges. Search below to find the right opportunity for you.

At InterSystems, we’re building the next generation of powerful, intuitive software for critical systems across healthcare, finance, data management, and beyond. As a mid-senior level UX Designer on our UX team, you’ll help shape how users interact with complex, high-impact applications—from data platforms and analytics engines to cloud-based healthcare tools, electronic health records, and solutions used by governments and global enterprises.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of how people interact with complex, data-rich systems by designing, prototyping, and testing elegant, intuitive, and empowering experiences. You’ll work as part of a team whose work includes reimagining how users explore and act on data—guiding the design of next-generation AI-powered data platforms that unlock insights from massive, mission-critical datasets in healthcare, finance, and beyond. You may also collaborate with cross-functional teams to create the UX for industry-leading healthcare applications, designing workflows that help clinicians and care teams make better decisions faster.

We are actively exploring new paradigms for User Experience in the AI age, infusing AI into every aspect of our enterprise applications, and your work will transform how our users query, visualize, manage, and understand data—whether through conversational interfaces, intelligent recommendations, or entirely new paradigms for interacting with complex systems.

  • Prototype and iterate to discover what works—leveraging research, testing, and storytelling to shape products from concept to launch.
  • Help evolve the UX strategy and design language for a broad ecosystem of applications and services.

If you’re excited by the idea of designing tools that help people solve meaningful problems—tools that are smart, scalable, and genuinely useful—you’ll fit in well!
