Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting with planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns by conducting market research, generating content ideas, managing relationships with key marketing vendors, tracking campaign performance, and analyzing data to measure performance. Essential Functions and Duties: Manage online presence with an emphasis on creating unique and engaging content for branded hotel websites and vanity websites Work with designated hotels and F&B outlets to create forward-looking identity statements that will be utilized to drive messaging through online, social media, PR, and collateral Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, impressions, engagement rates, etc.). Use of CMS to update hotel websites Hotel social media champion channels including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for both the hotel and restaurants Consistently represent the brands across all channels to ensure brand identity and positioning Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner Engage with followers and build relationships Analyze social media data to identify trends and measure campaign performance Assist designated hotel and outlets with communication (flyers, signs, eblasts, etc.), design, and creation of new materials Attend hotel and outlet events to create content for social channels Build partnerships in community to increase brand awareness and create unique guest experiences Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance to present to key stakeholders Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. Required Experience, Education, and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Hospitality industry experience preferred. Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS systems, Canva, Google Analytics/Ads, Meta Business Suite). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and content creation. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with social media management and content publishing. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new digital tools and technologies. Analytical mindset for monitoring KPIs and campaign performance. Primarily works in an office environment with frequent use of computers and digital tools. Requires extended periods of sitting and focused work on multiple projects. Occasional interaction with external partners and internal teams, both virtually and in-person. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Attend property events in the evenings and weekends as needed.
