Marketing Coordinator

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing team in our Advisory practice near one of our East Coast offices. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings. Your Role
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Collaborate with advisory marketing directors/managers and practice teams to support campaigns and initiatives Execute marketing communications across channels: email, digital, advertising, webcasts, and media Ensure consistent messaging across website, collateral, and proposals Coordinate events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities Support reporting and performance tracking of marketing programs Partner with sales and marketing colleagues to enhance the client experience and support growth initiatives Assist with budget tracking and vendor coordination Your Experience
The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations Strong writing and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with proactive communication skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Tools & Emerging Skills: To stay ahead in 2025 and beyond, candidates with experience in the following areas will stand out: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Experience using Copilot for AI-powered insights and content assistance Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting Experience with monday.com or similar project management tools Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) Understanding of SEO, campaign analytics, and digital KPIs Comfort with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Miro, Asana) In addition, please take a moment to review our Universal Job Standards.
