Manage a high volume of mortgage foreclosure and collections cases. Resolve issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution. Participate in court appearances and related travel as needed. Develop and maintain industry relationships to enhance firm reputation. Contribute to the firm's growth as a top-performing legal entity. Requirements
Member in good standing of the South Carolina State Bar. Licensed or able to obtain a license in South Carolina federal district and bankruptcy courts. 5+ years of experience in mortgage foreclosure and collections. Familiarity with TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code preferred. Strong leadership, written, and verbal communication skills. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications
Bar License in the state of South Carolina required. Skills
