Global Marketing Analyst
The Global Marketing Analyst will be responsible for supporting the foodservice and food business with sales enablement, direct customer outreach and brand building strategies and tactics. Some of these include leading the creation of diverse content and sales materials, training and developing sales teams, planning and executing trade shows and customer events, and providing data intelligence when needed. This role will also support the development and execution of Account Based Marketing activities with the intention of protecting and growing market share for GPI. This person will understand and align with GPI business, cultural, financial and operational objectives as he/she executes their role. Job Functions include, but are not limited to the following: Leads and delivers sales enablement strategies such as content creation, content audits, sales training, and more Identifies, analyzes and maintains market data and intelligence to determine growth potential for packaging solutions with both current and potential customers. Leads various Account Based Marketing (ABM) marketing activities in conjunction with the sales and business developments teams Supports planning and execution of trade shows and customer events, including presenting as subject matter expert as needed Supports sales teams with information as needed regarding market trends, packaging trends, thought leadership, and more. Champion of SharePoint, Highspot and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools for the marketing team. Other duties as assigned. Background / Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience with a CPG, Beverage, QSR, or Packaging company; preferred. 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing data solutions, including sales support, event management, product marketing, or digital marketing; preferred. Education / Knowledge / Skills: Bachelor's degree is required in marketing, data analytics or a related field (engineering Business,); MBA preferred. Demonstrated strong Power Point and Excel capabilities: required Ability to work with teams through complex projects; as working in team based, cross-functional and cross business environments are essential for success in this role. Proven project management skills to be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines on a continuous basis. Ability to interpret technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Proven self-starter with strong results-oriented background requiring limited oversight. Highly developed analytical skills for extracting implications out of raw data and presenting clear and concise key findings to drive business impact. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of an organization. Execution of Account Based Marketing and sales enablement tactics such as conception, creation and delivery of the content such as customized newsletters, emails, decks, training sessions, and others. Knowledge of marketing tools such as SalesForce and Pardot a plus. Schedule Demands: General schedule is an 8-hour M-F assignment, however, employee must be willing to work alternate schedules occasionally; that may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so. 5-10% overnight travel to include flying, driving, riding or by rail. Physical Demands: Sitting or standing for extended periods of time up to 8-hours. Occasional Lifting up to 20 lbs. Reading computer screen or other electronic devices. Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment.
