We are seeking a TikTok expert who has created content, managed a certified TikTok store for a manufacturer, has worked closely with influencers and is experienced launching products into new markets. We are a leading designer and manufacturer of dance footwear, leotards, tights, and accessories, serving dancers and performers worldwide. Our products combine innovation, performance, and style and were ready to expand our reach into exciting new markets. Must be able to roll up your sleeves to execute TikTok campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and drive sales in new markets with products. There will be a strong emphasis on product launches, digital engagement, and social media content creation. This role requires a creative and data-driven leader with

proven experience in building compelling TikTok content,

managing paid social media campaigns, and working closely with influencers to move the needle. Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to successfully launch products into new markets while strengthening our presence in existing ones. Content Creation & Social Media: Build high-impact, trend-driven TikTok videos and content to engage target audiences and grow brand followers. Paid Campaigns: Manage paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), optimizing for performance and ROI. Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and creative that resonate with dancers, parents, and industry professionals. Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept through analysis, collaborating with shared services for creative, PR, and e-commerce support. Leadership & Execution: Lead marketing initiatives while being hands-on in day-to-day tasks, including copywriting, video editing coordination, analytics, and scheduling. Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategies and creative direction. Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Social Media Expertise: Exceptional skills in building and growing TikTok channels, including video strategy, creation, and engagement. Creative & Analytical: Ability to balance innovative content creation with data-driven decision-making. Experience: 510 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer products, apparel, footwear, or accessories. Location Requirement: Must reside in the New York Metro Area. Strong experience working with Influencers to change the game. Proven Success in Market Launches: Demonstrated ability to introduce new products into new markets/channels with measurable growth results. Paid Media Proficiency: Strong track record managing paid social media campaigns with measurable ROI. Leadership & Hands-On Skills: Experience leading teams or projects while being willing to do the work directly when needed. Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working with shared services and cross-functional teams. Background in performance apparel, footwear, or niche lifestyle brands a major plus. Knowledge of the dance, gymnastics, or performing arts market a plus.
