Position Overview

The Marketing & Fundraising Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing community-based events designed to build awareness, generate support, and raise funds for important local initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on organizer with a passion for social impact, who thrives in live environments and enjoys working face-to-face with the public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute in-person marketing and fundraising events across the Bay Area, including tabling events, donor drives, community festivals, and awareness campaigns

  • Represent the organization and its partners to the public with professionalism, enthusiasm, and clarity

  • Engage attendees through meaningful one-on-one conversations, donation appeals, and awareness-building tools

  • Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to promote events and maximize turnout

  • Track attendee engagement, donations, and event outcomes to inform future planning
