Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Operations Specialist - B2B to join our client's fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and social platforms. You will own campaign operations, performance analytics, and SEO optimization to ensure our marketing engine delivers high-quality leads and measurable revenue impact. Responsibilities
• • Execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, organic, and social in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
• • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns within platforms like HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• • Ensure all campaigns are properly tracked, tagged (UTM), and reported, maintaining accuracy across systems.
• • Build, update, and maintain Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) dashboards to monitor campaign performance, lead flow, and key KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC).
• • Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• • Provide actionable reporting to marketing leadership to support agile decision-making.
• • Manage the operational aspects of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO in collaboration with content and web development teams.
• • Conduct regular SEO audits to identify issues, recommend fixes, and ensure implementation.
• • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
• • Monitor organic search performance and recommend strategies to improve rankings, visibility, and traffic.
• • Work closely with the marketing team to drive continuous improvements in campaign efficiency, lead quality, and conversion rates.
• • Test and implement new tactics across campaigns, SEO, and reporting to enhance marketing performance.
Who You Are
• • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing operations, campaign execution, analytics, and SEO within a B2B or services-driven environment.
• • Proficiency in Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), Google Analytics 4, and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Zoho
• • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
• • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, social ad platforms, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
• • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Additional Requirements
. Experience in fintech, financial services, or working with startups/SMBs. Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A/B testing tools. . . Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website management platforms (WordPress, Webflow).
