Sales & Marketing Revenue Analyst
Location: Carlsbad, CA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Salary: $90,000-$110,000/year
Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven Sales & Marketing Revenue Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams, define KPIs, develop analytical models, and support strategic decision-making. This role reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing and focuses on optimizing revenue performance and marketing ROI.

We are seeking a data-driven Sales & Marketing Revenue Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams, define KPIs, develop analytical models, and support strategic decision-making. This role reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing and focuses on optimizing revenue performance and marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor revenue KPIs, dashboards, and forecasts using Power BI and CRM tools.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to support budgeting, pricing strategies, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure data integrity across CRM systems and support technological integrations.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science roles.
- Proficiency in MS Dynamics, Power BI, CRM systems, and statistical analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in revenue management and marketing analytics is a plus
