Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling all customer correspondence. Attendance, as scheduled, is an essential function of the Customer Service Representative job. Major Activities

Customer Coordination Field all customer communication. Enter manual orders if necessary. Assist in parcel tracking. Inform General Manager of reoccurring issues and any abnormal service requests/issues Administration & Quality Assurance Address all backorders & diverted orders. Complete cancellations as per the customer requests. Cancel or delete orders from the shop that cannot be fulfilled due to order entry error, out of stock, etc., and communicating back to the customers. Issue store credits as required for unfulfilled orders Review the daily recut list and conducts customer callbacks. Inform Production Supervisors, QAC and Management of store feedback for quick resolution of problems Safety & Organization Maintain a clean work area for safe and efficient operation, including replenishment of supplies Follows all company safety policies; wear appropriate safety equipment, as needed Minimum Education

High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent Minimum Special Certifications or Technical Skills

Proficient in MS Office Minimum Type of Experience the Job Requires

1 year Customer Service experience in manufacturing environment Must be able to critically analyze problems and develop effective solutions Ability to count, match and compare sequences of numbers Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; convey and receive information effectively General verbal, and numerical intelligence Detail-oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy; keen sense of urgency Must be positive, friendly, and able to communicate and solve problems effectively with demanding customers Must have excellent time management, organizing, and prioritizing skills Physical Requirements

Must be able to constantly sit and occasionally walk Must be able to bend frequently from the waist Must be able to lift and carry up to 10lbs/ 4.5kg above shoulders and reach above head. Must be able to grasp with both hands occasionally. Must be able to comply with all safety-related standards and requirements, including the correct utilization of personal protective equipment. Work Environment

Ability to work with high noise levels and work around moving machinery Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment which is subject to dust and high/low temperatures Ability to work safely in a fast pace manufacturing environment Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
