Position Summary

The Bar Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all bar operations, including managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are met, and implementing procedures for maximum operating efficiency.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.75 to $17.50.

This position will remain open until November 21, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Managing the bar inventory and product movement
• Building tents for events
• Loading out after event completion
• Preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interacting with customers
• Assessing customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
• Checking customers’ identification to confirm legal drinking age
• Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
• Providing excellent guest service and experience
• Handling complaints or problems professionally and reporting them properly
• Complying with all food and beverage regulations
• Promoting alcohol awareness and responsible serving
• Ensuring workplace safety; safety is everyone's responsibility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Relevant training certificate
