Position Overview
:
Brunswick is seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
to join our team. This role supports the development of visually compelling content across multiple channels such as—digital, print, and event. The ideal candidate is a collaborative digitally-first thinking designer with a strong eye for detail, a passion for brand consistency, and the ability to bring ideas to life across multiple channels.

Essential Functions:
Design creative assets for a wide range of channels including: email, web, social media, digital ads, brochures, signage, internal communications, presentations, booth graphics, promotional materials
Develop design execution based on creative direction provided by senior creatives
Collaborate closely with the creative partners and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful creative solutions
Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all creative execution, ensuring consistency
Organize and prepare design files for production and distribution
Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions, contributing creative ideas and perspectives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience designing digital assets for social media and online advertising.
2+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, in-house, or corporate setting.
Ability to follow creative direction while also bringing original thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
Strong skills in Photoshop, including masking, clipping paths, and photo editing.
Experience with motion graphic animations a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take direction, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
Hybrid - 3 Days per week
The anticipated pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $104,300.00 USD annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
