Responsibilities Market Insight & Strategy Conduct in-depth research into the broadcast and live production markets to identify

Define a clear product vision and develop strategic roadmaps for Teradek’s IP video andwireless solutions. Customer Driven Product Development Translate customer needs into well-prioritized product requirements and backlogs. Build strong relationships with broadcast customers to gather insights, validate concepts,and refine product direction. Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and other product teams to ensure cohesive, integrated product delivery. Act as the key bridge between technical development and business strategy. Operational Excellence Oversee successful product launches and lifecycle management, ensuring high qualityand performance standards. Continuously improve customer workflows to enhance user experience and operationalefficiency. Go-to-Market Execution Work closely with marketing and sales to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with complex B2Bsolutions. Proven ability to define, prioritize, and manage technical product requirements. Solid understanding of video streaming technologies and/or experience in live production or broadcast markets. Experience working across both hardware and software product lifecycles. Passion for solving customer problems with innovative, user-focused solutions. Self-motivated, creative, and resourceful with a hands-on, “can-do” mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to clearly convey technical and business concepts. Fluent in English (spoken and written); strong presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
