We are on a mission to: Redefine scheduling, communication, and networking For the healthcare industry. We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will lead our marketing strategy and execution, driving FUERTE into its next stage of growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to scale FUERTE nationwide. Lead brand positioning, messaging, and multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, healthcare conferences, partnerships). Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through creative and data-driven strategies. Build and lead a high-performing marketing team to support rapid growth. Oversee PR, media outreach, and partnerships with healthcare organizations, universities, and industry leaders. Ideal Candidate 7+ years senior marketing leadership experience (CMO, VP of Marketing, or equivalent). Proven success in scaling
healthcare tech, SaaS, or consumer apps. Experience with
brand building, digital campaigns, and growth marketing. Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and HIPAA-compliant communications. Strategic leader with
hands-on execution ability, from big-picture growth plans to detailed campaign rollouts. What We Offer Competitive salary :
