Overview
Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) launched a new Advanced TV (ATV) practice. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement. The offerings within PMX Lift includes products around Addressable TV and Over-The-Top (OTT) video.
PMX Lift Measurement is dedicated to supporting the sales/growth/demand of the PMX Lift practice.
To accommodate the increased demand, the PMX Lift team is adding to our Measurement department. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Sr. Analyst of Measurement and Analytics to join the growing team and help drive all aspects of executing PMX Lift campaigns across a range of categories. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, evolving ATV landscape, this role will have the chance to work across a variety of client brands and category verticals and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts.
Must haves for this role include a working knowledge of media measurement, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a humble and hardworking attitude. We look for team members who work with integrity, collaboration, empathy, innovation, and dependability in mind.
Responsibilities
Reports to Associate Director, Measurement & Analytics, PMX Lift
Assist with post-campaign data collection and QA
Help maintain internal databases and dashboards for use by broader internal teams
Help create internal facing pitch materials
Assist with set-up and analysis of advanced attribution measurement such as attitudinal studies, foot traffic, sales lift, etc. across ATV and CTV environments
Participation in campaign measurement planning and feasibility analysis
Participation in special measurement projects and evolution of products as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years of experience within an agency, media publisher, or measurement vendor
Understanding of traditional and digital media data
High attention to detail and ability to keep meticulously organized
Ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights
Excellent relationship building skills with ability to think creatively
Other preferred traits include a hand-raising attitude, taking initiative on projects, and desire to learn and grow in a fast paced, demanding environment
Knowledge of Advanced TV including Addressable TV, DDL, and/or OTT is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required

Compensation Range:
$49,305.00 - $71,645.00 Annually
. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
