In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful launch and adoption of our new data platforms and emerging technologies for our Regtech customers. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a wide range of communication materials that effectively convey the value and benefits of our solutions to various audiences.

Responsibilities
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify communication requirements by utilizing various methods such as gathering requirements, conducting surveys and interviews, and analyzing performance data. Training Development: Design and develop comprehensive training plans that include clear objectives, target audience identification, appropriate delivery methods (e.g., online, in-person, blended learning), and measurable evaluation criteria. Content Creation: Create engaging and informative training materials such as presentations, tutorials, exercises, and assessments using tools like PowerPoint and SharePoint. Documentation: Develop user-friendly documentation, including user manuals, quick start guides, and internal support documents. Executive Communication: Prepare impactful executive presentations that effectively articulate the benefits and value proposition of our products and services. Performance Tracking: Create reports and dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of communication initiatives by utilizing data provided by Program Managers.
Qualifications
US Citizenship and willingness to complete a background check which includes fingerprinting, drug testing and an interview Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Technical Writing, or a related field. At least 5 years proven experience in developing and delivering communication materials for technical products and services. Strong understanding of data platforms and emerging technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint. Experience with project tools such as Jira and Confluence Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
