12 months Job Description: 15 minute Marketing Logic Assessment is required before your first interview. Ready to make a real impact on a global scale? A cutting-edge media and entertainment company, partnered with Aquent, is seeking a skilled Operations Journey Builder to revolutionize how they connect with millions of users worldwide. You will be the driving force behind developing and executing innovative in-app messaging campaigns, boosting user engagement and awareness of exciting products and services. This is your chance to shape the future of digital communication! As an Operations Journey Builder, you'll be the architect of compelling customer journeys, collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams to craft multi-channel communications that resonate with users. Your expertise in journey orchestration will be essential in translating product and strategy objectives into effective campaigns. What You'll Do: Develop, test, and deploy customer journeys, considering product objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders on complex global projects, ensuring alignment on operational plans, deliverables, and risks. Monitor campaign performance, identify issues, and communicate them to internal teams to maintain operational integrity. Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and product tooling. Create a knowledge base of best practices and playbooks to serve as a reference and training resource. Must-Haves: 5-7 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives. Experience with CRM or ESP platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys). Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking skills. SQL experience preferred. High attention to detail and organizational skills to deliver quality projects on time. Proactive, thoughtful, and resourceful approach to problem-solving and navigating ambiguity. Ability to adapt to changes, make sound judgments, and pivot under pressure in a dynamic environment. Strong team player mentality and excellent communication skills across various mediums. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70 to $76 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
