As the Regional Manager, Field Marketing, you’ll be the driving force behind high-performing field teams and regional marketing execution. This is your opportunity to bring national strategy to life across multiple markets, leading grassroots initiatives that build brand love, trial, and retail success. You’ll bring a strategic mindset, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to connecting brands with communities in meaningful ways. We are looking to fill 3 roles; 1 for each region. The Mid-South Region will be based in either Baltimore, MD, Washington, D.C., Louisville, KY, or Nashville, TN. The North Region will be based in either New York, NY, or Boston, MA. The South Region will be based in either Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Tampa, FL, Orlando, FL, or Atlanta, GA. Experience : 5+ years in Field Marketing, Brand Activation, or Territory Management (CPG, Food, or Beverage industry preferred) Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred Proven ability to manage remote teams and execute local market strategies Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills with KPI tracking and reporting experience Willingness to travel frequently across designated markets Valid U.S. driver’s license Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach Field Marketing teams across assigned territories Conduct in-market training on brand messaging, sampling, and consumer engagement Develop and implement regionally tailored sampling and guerrilla marketing activations Track program performance, assess results, and recommend improvements Partner with Sales and DSD teams to align on territory-specific goals and retail support Customize and execute national marketing campaigns to reflect local culture and needs Support key retailers with in-store activations and merchandising Build local partnerships to unlock new event and sampling opportunities Manage market budgets and ensure cost-effective program delivery Oversee field logistics, including vehicles, inventory, and operational support Act as a liaison between HQ and the field to share market insights and feedback Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision benefits Long- and short-term disability Life insurance 10 Vacation days per year, subject to accrual policy 11 Company paid holidays 401(k) with Company match Identity theft and legal services
