Job Title: Interior Designer (Production) Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with expertise in space planning and design using AutoCAD and Revit. The role involves furniture specification, finish selections, and rendering. You will collaborate with owners, architects, and internal partners, creating construction documents while understanding local codes, BOMA calculations, permitting, and construction administration tasks.
Responsibilities
Provide space planning and interior design support for corporate interiors, finance, healthcare, and tenant fit-out projects.
Work closely with Senior Designers and Principals to lead design and construction documentation goals.
Create construction documentation sets and ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.
Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, architects, and internal teams.
Engage in rendering tasks and manage finish selections.
Participate in construction administration and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Minimum 4-year degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
5 years of continuous design and production experience.
Experience with space planning for commercial and corporate interiors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
LEED Certification is a plus.
Familiarity with Sketchup is beneficial.
Work Environment
The office is located in downtown Baltimore, offering a stunning view of the water. Our workspace is newly renovated with brand new workstations. The majority of our team works in a hybrid model, combining remote work with occasional in-office days for meetings or access to resources. The role typically requires 1-2 days in the office, with additional days as needed for programming meetings. Our team values a strong culture with low turnover and offers opportunities for advancement into Associate or Project Management roles.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $40.86/hr.
