Photo Studio Production Assistant

Location: On-site in Eden Prairie

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Start Date: Week of September 2

Duration: Through the end of the year

Type: Freelance - 40 hours/week

Client: Leader in creative production and personalized products

Environment: Fast-paced, hands-on studio setting during peak season

This is a great opportunity for someone entry-level who's eager to gain real-world experience in studio production and work closely with a creative team. Ideally you would have experience working in a photo studio.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support producers with prepping and breaking down studio shoots
  • Assist with craft services and general shoot logistics
  • Organize props and production materials, keeping everything in top shape
  • Help maintain studio cleanliness and readiness-painting, resetting spaces, and more
  • Move and place products, including handling UPX boxes
  • Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and operations to keep shoots running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

  • Entry-level experience in photo production or assisting
  • Comfortable with physical tasks like painting sets, lifting product, and studio setup
  • Reliable transportation to Eden Prairie (car required)
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
  • No lighting or set design experience required-just a willingness to learn and contribute!

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
