Overview

Role: UX Designer – JR.

Location: Remote - live in Omaha preferred

Terms: Contract – possible transition

Capstone IT is helping our client to find a Jr. User Experience Visual Designer to support their UX team in creating user-friendly digital solutions. The ideal candidate will work on revisions and minor updates to websites, emails, and digital assets, contribute to the creation of design components across platforms, and collaborate closely with UX designers and developers. This is a great opportunity for someone with early experience in digital design to grow within a collaborative, user-focused team.

• HTML & CSS fluency


• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma


• Strong attention to detail


• Ability to design for multiple platforms (web, mobile, email)

Responsibilities

• Implement revisions and minor updates to digital assets


• Design digital components across web, email, mobile, and social


• Collaborate with developers and marketing teams


• Optimize and maintain design files


• Ensure accessibility and consistency in design


• Occasionally create new assets and support UX research

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of digital design experience or related college degree


• Proficiency in HTML and CSS


• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma


• Strong communication and collaboration skills


• Attention to detail and adaptability


• (Preferred) Agile work environment experience
