Overview

Bloom Photography is seeking a skilled Real Estate Photo Editor to join our team as a remote contractor. The ideal candidate has strong technical editing skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results on a fast turnaround.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and retouch photos, ensuring accurate color, brightness, and composition.
• Digitally remove blemishes, distractions, and unwanted items from images.
• Create virtual twilight photos from daytime exterior images.
• Deliver edited sets of photos within 12 hours of RAW image submission.
• Maintain consistent editing standards aligned with Bloom Photography’s brand.
• Collaborate with the photography team to tailor media for each listing.
• Support additional media needs as necessary (e.g., light adjustments to other media types).

Qualifications

• Proven experience with real estate photo editing (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Lightroom, Photoshop, and HDR blending workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality across projects.
• Reliable turnaround and ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Experience in real estate photography is a plus
• Remote, contract-based position.
