Videographer/Editor Job at The Coley Group of Compass in Raleigh

Overview

This is a key position in the #1 Real Estate Team in North Hills. We are searching for a full-time Videographer/Editor expert to help us with the shooting and editing of a variety of different content types. This position is an integral part of the marketing department and must have a strong understanding of different content types and their intended uses on YouTube and various social media platforms. Must have at least 5 years of experience in creating content from concept through delivery and have a good eye for footage and crafting stories. Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects (Audition and Photoshop are a plus) and in creating video graphics. Must have a strong sense of collaboration and be able to work in a fast paced environment while juggling multiple projects at once.

The primary duties of this role are to produce the following types of content:

• Advertisements/Promos


• Local Neighborhood Spotlights


• Client Events/Open Houses


• Podcasts


• Website Landing Page Videos/Bumpers


• Drone Tours


• Team Events

Required experience:

• Video Editing


• Cinematography and Lighting


• Motion Graphics


• Storyboarding and Planning


• Knowledge of digital cameras

Must have or be able to obtain drone license required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
