JCV Creative is a full-service production agency providing clients with a comprehensive suite of tools to communicate their message effectively. We specialize in digital content, animation, and brand films, and offer fully guided and managed social media campaigns and programs. JCV Creative collaborates closely with organizations to develop and deliver their messages across all platforms in the most impactful manner.

We’re looking for talented real estate photographers to join our team on a contract basis. This is a supplemental, part-time opportunity ideal for photographers who want to fill availability with consistent shoots of medium to high-end residential properties throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for capturing bracketed photography of residential real estate listings.
• Select and submit the best captures from each shoot.
• All editing and post-production is provided.
• Potential to expand into video, drone photography/video, 3D capture, and floor plans depending on each property’s marketing needs.

Compensation

• Paidper shoot, with rates based on square footage and services provided (photo, video, drone, 3D, floor plans, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Experience photographing real estate or architecture preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel throughout the metro area. (Mileage compensation for shoots outside immediate service areas is available.)

Equipment Requirements

• Full-frame mirrorless camera.
• DJI Mavic/Air 2/3/4 or similar with 4K video capability.
• FAA Part 107 drone license preferred (but not required).
