Base pay range
$31.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Become a key player in the advertising world, collaborating with a major entertainment company, partnering with Aquent! As an Advertising Account Manager, you’ll be the vital link between creative vision and successful campaigns, driving revenue and shaping audience experiences. This role offers a unique blend of client management, operational expertise, and strategic thinking, allowing you to make a tangible impact on advertising campaigns.
This exciting opportunity will allow you to take ownership of the entire advertising lifecycle. You’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of advertising accounts, collaborating with internal sales teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution. Your insights into advertiser behavior will be invaluable in optimizing strategies and maximizing impact. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of advertising accounts, from initial booking to final invoicing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for advertising agencies and internal sales teams.
- Book commercial inventory, implement agency requests, and manage changes to ad schedules.
- Ensure accuracy of deal points, traffic instructions, and booked inventory.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and contribute to network collection targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute pricing adjustments and other invoice modifications.
- Work closely with traffic teams to ensure alignment between booked inventory and traffic instructions.
- Ensure that agency positioning and programming requirements are met.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and undertake tasks/projects assigned by management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with buying agencies, creative agencies, traffic agencies, and internal departments.
- Adhere to all department service level agreements.
- BA Degree
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
- 2+ years of experience in a related industry.
- Experience operating within defined processes and procedures while meeting deadlines.
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Interest in working in a fast-paced, team environment.
