Overview

Hey there! We’re on the hunt for a passionate 3D Artist to join our team at Yord (ON-SITE IN PRAGUE)! If you’re someone who loves creating immersive 3D experiences, optimising assets for real-time environments, and collaborating with an innovative team—all while bringing your own creative touch—then we can’t wait to meet you!

Responsibilities

Create optimised 3D models and assets for immersive VR/AR environments
Work with textures, lighting, and shaders to enhance the visual quality of our projects
Ensure assets meet performance standards for real-time applications (VR/AR)
Collaborate with developers, technical artists, and the broader creative team to bring ideas to life

Qualifications

Proficiency in polygonal modelling and PBR texturing
Experience with 3D software like 3ds Max / Blender, Substance Painter, Maya, and ZBrush
Experience with real-time engines like Unreal or Unity
Knowledge of lighting and shading techniques for immersive environments
Familiarity with spatial design and user interactions in VR/AR
Good communication, teamwork skills, and a keen eye for detail
You are adaptable, creative, and eager to improve your work based on feedback
Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) and join us in our Prague office

Bonus points

Concept design experience focused on translating ideas into visual solutions
Experience with Unreal Engine Pixel Streaming
Having animation skills
Knowledge of performance optimization for VR/AR hardware
Familiarity with Adobe Suite for additional creative tasks
