Community Manager – Wallick Communities
Location: Haddon Hall (Cincinnati, OH)
Job Type: Full Time
Pay Rate: Up to $55,000

What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals, ensuring a highly engaged team provides a great experience for residents.
- Process community staff payroll.
Financial Responsibility
- Ensure collections of all monies due to the community (i.e., rent) are received and deposited.
- Process community invoices for payment.
- Purchase and maintain adequate supplies for the community.
Community and Resident Focus
- Maintain acceptable levels of occupancy (minimum 98%).
- Maintain positive relationships with the community owner/s and its residents.
- Review rental applications for approval.
Operational Excellence
- Complete move-out paperwork according to governing regulations.
- Perform unit move-out, annual, and housekeeping inspections in a timely manner.
- Audit all resident files and ensure they are complete and correct prior to forwarding to supervisor for review/approval.
- Timely completion of reports required by government agencies, administrators, or the Company.
- Responsible for maintaining the community to Company standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1+ year of residential property management experience, with HUD/Section 8 experience a big plus; or 3 years in a general manager role, or similar, with exceptional people leadership and process management experience.
- Education: High School diploma; an associate’s degree is a big plus. COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM are plus – you may have the chance to obtain an associate degree.
- Dependability: Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- Resident Focus: A commitment to providing exceptional service to residents.
- Operational Excellence: Deadline-driven with attention to detail, compliance, and quality.
- Technically Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is a big plus.
