Job Description

Reporting to our Social Content Director, we've got an exciting opportunity for a Community Manager / Social Content Publisher to join our Emmy Award-winning Creative Social team, working with one of our partners - a prestigious entertainment streamer.

You will also work with brand partners to address sensitive or controversial topics, follow established protocols for content publication, moderation, make recommendations to processes, tactics, and maintain quality assurance.

This is a hybrid role based in our LA office. The expected salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $75,000 USD, annually and is based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a large volume of content for publishing in social media publishing platforms and publish each post in real-time through social platforms.
• Maintain a rigorous posting schedule across up to 10 social media platforms.
• Oversee the quality control of every post before it goes live.
• Manage workflows simultaneously and anticipate shifts in timelines or scheduling.
• Report feedback from users and escalate any issues promptly.
• Capture important data, trends, sentiments and reactions to content messaging formats across all communities.
• Maintain thoughtfulness around content publishing across file types and platforms.
• Evaluate content against business criteria and flag any potential risks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in community management on behalf of a brand.
• 3+ years of experience posting a high volume of content across channels and platforms such as X, YouTube, Giphy, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• You'll have a deep passion for entertainment and entertainment fandoms.
• You'll be great at scrutinizing work and picking up on errors before it goes live.
• You'll understand mainstream social media audiences and global pop culture.
• Somebody who is creative and open to join team brainstorms, utilizing their community knowledge to build content ideas.
• Must be a team player, and be able to wear different hats.
