Content Marketing Manager Job at ADI Global Distribution in Irving

Content Marketing Manager role at ADI Global Distribution. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will lead a team of writers in creating compelling marketing and promotional collateral for a wide range of ADI products and services, including website product information, product packaging, labels, brochures, blog posts, advertisements, email copy, and more. You will guide copywriters in defining and refining brand voice and ensure voice consistency by writing, editing, and proofreading materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead writing team to ensure overall quality and efficiency of work across platforms, including ecommerce, web, social media, email campaigns, videos, trade shows, and more
• Manage day-to-day operations of the internal content team and external copy resources. This includes work delegation, capacity management, and process monitoring
• Support CoOP marketing and thought leadership marketing programs
• Collaborate with various internal teams and department heads to define content goals
• Ensure content is SEO optimized to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
• Create effective content strategies to increase visibility
• Ensure all content is in accordance with our brand guidelines and target audience
• Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant tools and metrics to optimize strategies and improve results
• Make data-driven decisions to enhance content effectiveness, audience engagement, and conversion rates
• Stay updated with AI trends and tools. Incorporate best practices into content strategy to maintain thought leadership, as well as strategize and execute new content opportunities

You Must Have

• 5+ years of experience managing a team of writers
• Proven record of omni-channel marketing campaigns
• Understands creative development processes across critical channels
• B2B marketing experience

We Value

• Previous experience in consumer electronics
• In-house marketing experience
• Proven experience using project management software; Jira and Wrike preferred

• Hiring Salary Range: The typical hiring salary for this role ranges from USD $108,613.64 to $173,379.55 per year but varies by specific work location. For example, the Melville, NY location offers $130,336.36 to $208,055.45 per year and New York City, NY offers $135,767.05 to $216,724.43. Base pay is determined by market conditions, skills, and experience.
• Incentive Eligible (RBP): This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 10% of the annual base salary. The bonus is contingent upon both individual and company performance.
