Overview

Content Strategist Lead (Remote) – Primary Location: Remote. V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Content Strategist Lead (Remote) for our premier client.

Qualifications

• University (Degree) Preferred.


• Work Experience: 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred.


• 7+ years of content strategy and/or content management experience.


• Strong demonstration in enterprise experience design; consumer product design; mobile platform design.


• Strong demonstration in Figma and Microsoft Suite.


• Eager to be innovative and possess a strong ‘test and learn’ mentality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with design, product, development, and marketing teams to develop clear and concise content to reach business goals and client’s internal and external audiences.


• Lead and collaborate with UX design and Product teams to build consistency and clarity across experiences.


• Apply audience research analysis through a content strategy lens to understand audience needs, preferences, and how they consume content to plan for retirement.


• Strategize, plan, write and present content for emerging web and mobile experiences.


• Create consistent, on-brand messaging that clearly articulates the benefits of client products and services, while streamlining operational tasks for internal and external audiences.


• Establish trusted advisory stakeholder relationships and acting as SME for client related products and services in specific verticals.


• Identify and help solve problems in new user experiences to ensure ease of use in a complex, fast-paced, deadline-driven financial environment.


• Understand and work toward business objectives and KPIs.


• Conduct content audits and content gap analyses to ensure that user experiences are consistent and in line with industry best practices and enterprise needs.
