Tomorrow is seeking a talented and imaginative Social Creative Producer to join a dynamic team creating engaging content for some of the world's most beloved children's brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and has a passion for storytelling, social media, and family-focused content.

About the Brand

Our client is a globally recognised entertainment company that inspires children everywhere to laugh, learn, and grow. With a large portfolio, their content reaches families worldwide through a wide variety of popular platforms. Their work spans streaming video, music, toys, games, books, live events, and even theme park exhibits, making them a leader in enriching and educational children's entertainment.

The Role

As a Social Creative Producer, you'll be responsible for ideating, producing, and delivering standout social content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure content is aligned with brand voice and resonates with parent audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and pitch creative content formats tailored to parents of preschool-aged children.
  • Lead content production from concept to delivery - including scripting, directing, shooting, editing, and final asset delivery.
  • Collaborate with brand, production, and social teams to align on creative direction and goals.
  • Monitor social trends to create timely, reactive content.
  • Manage production timelines and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Organize and maintain creative assets for cross-platform use and reusability.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, video production, or creative development, with a strong focus on short-form or social-first content.
  • Proven experience creating content for children's brands or family/parenting audiences.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook - including platform trends, best practices, and audience behaviours.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for family-friendly narratives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A creative thinker with a strong visual and narrative sensibility.
  • Comfortable working with both animation and live-action production teams.
  • Self-starter who thrives in cross-functional, collaborative environment.

We are passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality, and are committed to working with clients who share our outlook. We offer equal opportunities to all candidates regardless of background, identity, sexuality, and disability. We strive to create inclusive cultures where diversity is seen as real value for the company. Our mission is for everyone to feel empowered to be their true authentic selves at work.
