Kiiwi is a real-time, location-based deal platform flipping local commerce on its head. We’re a scrappy startup backed by $1M+ pre-launch funding and led by veteran founders. Our mission: connect merchants, students, and communities in entirely new ways.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Powerhouse who lives and breathes social culture — TikTok, Reels, Shorts, memes, trends, and everything in between. You’ll be the one shaping how the world first meets Kiiwi: behind the camera, in the field, and online. You will bring the Kiiwi voice and brand to life across social.

Oh and we're launching exclusively in Long Beach, California!! This will be our very first Kiiwi market.Once we crush it here, it's GAME ON and time to scale to new cities across the US.

Candidates must be Long Beach local-ish and/or willing to commute to capture and promote hyper local, geo tagged relevant content while strategically growing brand awareness for future markets.

This is not a 9-5. We move fast, think big, and expect you to bring ideas that spread.

What you'll do

• Bring the Kiiwi brand to life on all things social, while building our brand vibe, voice and style.
• Run & grow Kiiwi’s presence across TikTok, IG, Meta, YouTube, and beyond.
• Film, edit & publish short-form viral videos (UGC style, trend-driven).
• Capture content live at First Friday block parties, campus activations, launch events, and in-community moments.
• Build & manage a content calendar tied to campaigns, local events, and launch milestones.
• Engage directly with followers, merchants, creators, and students (comments, DMs, collabs, spotlights).
• Experiment & innovate with guerilla campaigns, wild ideas, and formats that spread.
• Track & report on KPIs (engagement, follower growth, app downloads, conversions) to guide strategy.
• Collaborate closely with Kiiwi founders, marketing, and partnerships to keep content aligned and impactful.

Who you are

• Hungry, scrappy, and down for the cause.
• Can shoot, edit, and publish content fast (phone-first is fine).
• Obsessed with trends and plugged into social/college culture.
• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves at events and activations.
• Check your ego at the door — you’re here for the team, not the title.
• Bonus: familiar with scheduling/analytics tools (Later, Sprout, TikTok Creator Studio, GA, etc.).
