Instructional Designer Must reside in the Chicagoland area. #Come join our team and help us make a meaningful impact! We are an organization that partners with clients across communities to ensure the safe and reliable movement of important materials. Design and develop training programs, including training manuals, on-the-job training and technology-based learning Design, prepare, review, and distribute educational materials Collaborate with department leaders to assist in the development of SOP content as needed Maintain updated curriculum database and training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) Keep up to date on new training methods, legal training requirements, and best practices Experience with Articulate, Rise, and Storyline preferred ~ Creative skill savvy multimedia user: Camtasia, SnagIt, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite ~ Excellent writing and content development skills ~ Familiarity with job training methods and techniques ~ Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency ~ Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in organizational development or education ~1-2 years experience supporting Human Resources and/or supporting Executive Level Management
