About The Role

We’re looking for a thoughtful, curious Designer with strong visual design skills and a passion for digital-first creativity. At our agency, design is about more than execution — you’ll contribute to strategy, user experience, and brand expression across websites, campaigns, and interactive projects. Collaboration is central to everything we do: you’ll work alongside art directors, copywriters, developers, and strategists to create digital experiences that are not only beautiful but also effective.

Hybrid/Remote Opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the end-to-end design process: research, ideation, execution, and delivery
  • Translate brand strategy and UX insights into compelling visual design
  • Create layouts, interfaces, and digital assets that balance usability and beauty
  • Support the development of design systems, extending and refining existing ones
  • Present ideas clearly to team members and occasionally to clients
  • Explore and integrate AI tools to accelerate ideation, testing, and workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teammates to build holistic digital solutions

Must Haves

  • 2–4 years of professional design experience in a digital-first context (agency or in-house)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital brand, interface, or campaign work
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with responsive design and multi-device contexts
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI in design workflows
  • Strong eye for detail, layout, typography, and color
  • Positive outlook, collaborative nature, and low ego

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Webflow or other no-code platforms
  • Exposure to motion design, Lottie, or lightweight prototyping tools
  • Knowledge of After Effects, Blender, or generative AI design tools
  • Illustration ability to bring unique visual elements and custom assets into projects
  • An uncanny number of Figma tricks up your sleeve
