Wedding & Events Coordinator (Independent Contractor)

Mostest is seeking experienced, established event planners to join our network. This is not an entry-level role. We9re looking for professionals with 2-5 years of experience who are already running their own planning business or working as seasoned freelancers and are excited to expand their opportunities.

Role Overview

You will manage the full lifecycle of event planning and execution, including:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and event staff
• Overseeing event timelines and logistics
• Providing on-site management to ensure seamless event execution
• Supporting client relationship growth through excellent service

Qualifications

• 2-5 years professional experience in weddings and/or events (required)
• Established freelancer or business owner within the event planning industry
• Proven track record of managing events independently from start to finish
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with industry tools, planning software, and floor plan creation
