The Graphic Designer is essential in executing high-quality production design, ensuring brand consistency, adapting creative concepts across multiple channels and collaborating closely with other designers, art directors, and creative directors to bring campaigns to life with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold graphic and brand standards to ensure a consistent and compelling visual identity across all platforms and campaigns while maintaining production accuracy.
  • Prepare, refine, and adapt creative assets for print and digital marketing across all channels ensuring flawless execution that reflects a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Translate global brand campaigns into designs that ensure the voice of the brand is captured in all marketing materials.
  • Ensure all files meet production and vendor specifications, including color accuracy, resolution and layout standards.
  • Work closely with designers, art directors, and creative directors to translate concepts into final deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Maintain an organized file structure and adhere to workflow processes.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize files for print and digital production.
  • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience as a production artist in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Experience with packaging, retail signage, digital and print production.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of pre-press and print production processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Must be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.

Working Conditions

Normal office environment. Some travel may be required. Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
