Overview

RVA Graphics & Wraps is searching for a creative and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will work with customers, both internal and external, to ensure design projects are created to meet and exceed customer expectations. The Graphic Designer will be a dynamic individual who is motivated by providing creative solutions and unmatched experiences demonstrated through clear and detailed communications, one-of-a-kind designs, and timely completion.

What You’ll Do

  • Obtain all photos and measurements of work spaces and vehicles prior to design creation to ensure accuracy of production.
  • Exhibit a high attention to detail while working with customers to create design projects via Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.
  • Interact with internal and external customers to provide superior customer service while gathering information pertinent to their project requirements.
  • Design and submit rough layouts of project artwork for approval from management prior to sending to customers.
  • Provide final approved artwork to the Production Team for production.
  • Operate with a high level of organization to ensure daily projects are managed with superior accuracy.
  • Assist in the completion of administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year degree with studies in Graphic Design or a similar major preferred.
  • Previous experience in signage or vehicle wrap design preferred.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of the full Adobe package.
  • Working knowledge of ONYX is preferred, but not required.
  • Must have a high attention to detail and ability to remain organized.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and target dates.
  • Positive "can do" attitude toward teamwork and helping customers.
  • Internally motivated to exceed daily expectations from Customers and the Company.
  • Desire to receive additional training/education when opportunities arise.
  • Physical Requirements
    • Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
    • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
