Alice & Wonder is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to creat e engaging email content, eye-catching marketing materials , and appealing product designs that resonate with our target audience. A successful candidate must be an organized, inspired individual who demonstrates a high level of technical ability, a strong sense of design principles, and attention to detail. They will be responsible for meeting deadlines , bringing unique and fresh ideas to our marketing initiatives , staying on top of fashion and digital trends , and maintaining collaborative communication amongst the leadership, marketing and store teams.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with brand goals.
• Design and produce visually compelling email campaigns to promote new products, sales, and brand initiatives.
• Design and develop seasonal apparel collections from concept to production.
• Research trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes to create fresh and relevant designs.
• Create mood boards, sketches, CADs, and technical design packages.
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all digital platforms and product visuals.
• Stay updated with fashion and design trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

What you got:

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of email marketing design best practices .
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for fashion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

This position will not only be vital to maximizing our marketing initiatives , but also you’ll have the chance to partner with the owner , marketingand retail teams to create trend-forward designs that ultimately help to grow the business.
