Job Summary:

As an Influencer & Talent Agent, you’ll represent a roster of talent provided by Clicks Talent, proactively securing brand deals and maximizing earning potential for our influencers. Using our in-house software and your expertise, you'll cultivate relationships, negotiate contracts, and strategically grow influencer careers.

What You’ll Do:

• Talent Representation: Support and guide a roster of influencers, helping them grow their audiences and monetize their content.
• Brand Partnerships: Secure and negotiate deals with brands, agencies, and record labels, creating successful campaigns.
• Relationship Building: Maintain communication with influencers and brands for successful collaborations.
• Strategic Growth: Develop strategies to expand reach, increase engagement, and drive revenue.
• Autonomous & Flexible Work: Work independently in a remote, flexible environment.

You’ll Thrive if You:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or sales roles.
• Understand platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.
• Excel at relationship-building and negotiation.
• Are proactive, driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Combine hustle and patience—close deals quickly and nurture long-term relationships.
• Are highly organized, skilled with data management, and proficient in Google Sheets.
• (Bonus: Experience at a talent or marketing agency, or sales-driven roles!)
