About the Role
SiaX is looking for a Paid Media Strategist to drive the strategy and execution of paid campaigns across search, social, display, video, and app environments. This role goes beyond channel execution — it requires critical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to connect paid media performance directly to business growth. You’ll partner closely with Growth, Creative, Analytics, and Account teams to ensure campaigns are not just optimized, but continuously evolving through innovation, A/B testing, and strategic foresight.
Your Impact
- Strategic Growth Partner: Own the strategy for paid media campaigns across search, social, and app channels, ensuring alignment with client business objectives across regions and lines of business.
- Performance Driver: Lead paid social growth campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, and emerging platforms — optimizing toward CPA, ROAS, ROI, and acquisition KPIs.
- Automation Architect: Collaborate with Ad Tech and Product partners to design and scale automation and optimization frameworks using tools such as Meta APIs, Smartly, and custom-built solutions.
- Proactive Innovator: Continuously identify opportunities to design and run A/B tests, expand campaigns beyond maintenance mode, and unlock new efficiencies and growth levers.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work with creative, analytics, and account teams to integrate paid media seamlessly into broader campaigns and client strategies.
- Analytical Storyteller: Translate performance data into actionable insights, explaining not just what happened but why — and how we can do more, better.
What Success Looks Like
- Campaigns consistently meet or exceed performance benchmarks across channels, including app-based performance marketing environments.
- Multi-million dollar paid social budgets are paced accurately, optimized effectively, and connected to business outcomes.
- A/B testing frameworks are embedded across channels, producing learnings that guide creative, messaging, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
- Reporting provides clear insights, actionable recommendations, and a forward-looking roadmap for growth.
- Automation and optimization frameworks improve efficiency and scalability, enabling stronger client outcomes with fewer manual touchpoints.
- Clients and internal teams view you as a trusted strategist — someone who brings proactive, innovative solutions to both immediate and long-term challenges.
- Campaign roadmaps demonstrate ongoing learning, iteration, and curiosity that keep SiaX and our clients ahead of platform shifts and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of paid media strategy and execution, ideally within a digital agency environment.
- Proven success running large-scale, multi-million dollar paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience with app-based performance marketing and mobile attribution.
- Expertise in automation and optimization frameworks (Meta APIs, Smartly, custom-built tools) in collaboration with Ad Tech/Product partners.
- Ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize creative, messaging, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; ability to connect data to strategic business decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly convey strategy and performance insights to clients and teams.
- Proactive, growth-oriented mindset — always asking why, always driving toward stronger performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
