Responsibilities
- Create and schedule daily social content across Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Collaborate with artists, management, and internal teams to promote new releases, tours, and label news.
- Concept engaging content ideas to drive community & culture
- Monitor trends in music, alternative culture, and social media to keep our content authentic and engaging
- Engage with fans by monitoring communications and mentions, fostering a sense of community
- Track analytics and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and growth to inform future strategies
- Support digital marketing efforts for album releases, tour announcements, and activations
- Work on both new releases and existing catalogue releases through anniversaries, trends, & consistent posting
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of alternative, punk, emo, metal, and rock music scenes
- Experience with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube)
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a flair for capturing the voice of our artists and label
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or similar) a plus
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Passion for music and connecting with fans online
- Proven history of managing a personal or brand social account that grew followers and views
- Prior social media or marketing internship/experience preferred but not required
