Pure Noise Records is an independent record label established in 2009. Pure Noise specializes in artist development through organic community and culture building.



Responsibilities



  • Create and schedule daily social content across Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms

  • Collaborate with artists, management, and internal teams to promote new releases, tours, and label news.

  • Concept engaging content ideas to drive community & culture

  • Monitor trends in music, alternative culture, and social media to keep our content authentic and engaging

  • Engage with fans by monitoring communications and mentions, fostering a sense of community

  • Track analytics and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and growth to inform future strategies

  • Support digital marketing efforts for album releases, tour announcements, and activations

  • Work on both new releases and existing catalogue releases through anniversaries, trends, & consistent posting



Qualifications



  • Strong knowledge of alternative, punk, emo, metal, and rock music scenes

  • Experience with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube)

  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a flair for capturing the voice of our artists and label

  • Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or similar) a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment

  • Passion for music and connecting with fans online

  • Proven history of managing a personal or brand social account that grew followers and views

  • Prior social media or marketing internship/experience preferred but not required
