Overview

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer to conceptualize, design, and animate engaging visual content for a variety of platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and storytelling to bring ideas to life in a dynamic, visually compelling way.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital, social, broadcast, and other media.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to understand project objectives and deliver content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and prototypes to communicate visual concepts.
• Animate graphics and visual assets using industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Edit and enhance existing video content with motion elements, typography, and effects.
• Stay up to date with design trends, animation techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience creating motion graphics and animations for professional projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with 3D software is a plus.
• Strong design sense, typography skills, and an eye for detail.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual stories.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with sound design and syncing audio to visuals.
• Knowledge of video compression formats and export settings for various platforms.
• Basic coding or interactive animation experience (HTML5, Lottie, etc.) is a plus.
