Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. You will be instrumental in shaping and promoting the public image of our organization. You will develop and maintain a positive brand image through strategic communication and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
• Manage daily media inquiries and develop strong relationships with journalists and media outlets.
• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, including press conferences and community outreach programs.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage to gauge the effectiveness of PR efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to create cohesive messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (internships included) in public relations or communications roles.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with media relations and a strong network of contacts in the industry.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative PR strategies.
