Perrill is an award-winning digital marketing agency that exists to power businesses to win online. We are seeking a highly motivated SEO Specialist who wants to work and grow in a supportive and dynamic environment alongside a team of professionals with a passion for driving client success.
Responsibilities
- Developing SEO strategies that align with client objectives
- Conducting keyword research and increasing search rankings for high-value search terms
- Conducting website audits and fixing technical issues
- Auditing and optimizing existing content
- Assisting other team members with various SEO tasks
- Working with the Content team to provide topic recommendations and review new content for optimal SEO value
- Providing SEO recommendations for new website builds and assisting with SEO-related tasks for pre- and post-launch processes
- Analyzing data using tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, and more
- Implementing measurement strategies through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity
- Staying up to date with SEO industry trends, sharing knowledge with the team, and incorporating valuable findings into account work
- Attending client meetings to present SEO analysis and recommendations
- And other related responsibilities
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience or training (agency experience preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Business Profiles, Looker Studio, and Screaming Frog (not all tools required)
- Experience or interest in GEO/AIO optimization
- A genuine passion for SEO and serving clients
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn from new challenges
- Desire to work with a highly collaborative team
Salary
Salary: $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience

Note: Although we offer a hybrid work environment, this position is not fully remote and preference is given to candidates local to the Twin Cities.
