Position Overview
As a UI/UX Analyst, you’ll lead the design and usability of enterprise applications, ensuring that interfaces are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business goals. You’ll collaborate with business analysts, technical leads, and stakeholders to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final screen designs.
This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in UI design and user research, and a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Define the overall look, feel, and user experience for delivered applications
- Translate business requirements into wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final designs
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and accessibility testing
- Develop personas, user flows, journey maps, and storyboards
- Collaborate with business analysts and technical leads to ensure feasibility
- Facilitate design meetings and present solutions to stakeholders
- Create and maintain design documentation and resources for development teams
- Ensure compliance with ADA, WCAG, and internal design standards
- Provide expertise on design patterns and accessibility remediation
- Advocate for the end user throughout the development lifecycle
Required Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in UI design and user research
- Education or certification in graphic design, interaction design, or visual communication
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and completed projects
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience designing to established design standards
- Familiarity with accessibility compliance (WCAG, ADA)
- Ability to perform formal usability testing and apply findings
- Knowledge of ADA vulnerability remediation and accessibility best practices
