Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly-talented, collaborative UX Designer to join our Creative Design team. As a UX Designer, you’ll work side-by-side with our industry’s brightest minds and be integral to the creative process, playing pivotal roles in the strategy, conception and design of our customers' end-to-end digital experiences. You’ll help provide top-notch solutions for our clients through early ethnographic research to post-launch testing and tuning.

• Collaborate actively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop simple and elegant design approaches for complex design problems.
• Create amazing experiences and connect customers and brands through intuitive interfaces and transformative brand experiences.
• Dive into the details, with the bigger picture in mind.
• Work under pressure and prioritize time-sensitive assignments.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience, and a deep knowledge of the craft
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• A solid understanding and demonstration of user-centered design principles
• A combination of strategic and conceptual design abilities
• A background in UX Research, Psychology, and Coding
• Expertise in persona development, journey mapping, user interface design, wireframing, information and application architecture, process flows, prototyping, stakeholder and customer interviews, usability testing
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Omnigraffle
• You are passionate about design, in-tune with clients and their customers, and knowledgeable about experiences enabled by evolving digital technologies
• Drawn to domains like design, commerce, mobile, branding, retail, and social media
