Field Technician – Security & Video Surveillance Systems

We are looking for a Field Technician – Security & Video Surveillance Systems to support our clients by installing and maintaining video surveillance systems. This role is hands-on and requires a proactive professional with knowledge of IT and a focus on service quality. You will work on-site, ensuring the proper functioning of cameras, cables, and recording systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras and recording systems (DVR/NVR).


• Run and organize cabling for cameras and network connections.


• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.


• Support end users or client teams in case of technical issues.


• Follow documentation and procedures provided by the company or client.

Requirements

• Previous experience in CCTV or security system installation (residential or corporate).


• Basic knowledge of networking (IP, cabling) and IT hardware.


• Good communication skills and willingness to work on-site.


• Driver’s license may be required depending on the location.


• Responsibility, attention to detail, and customer focus.
