Compensation and Benefits

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects. You can earn up to $40/hour with the same student over time.
• Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice.
• Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
• Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform—no commuting required.
• Get matched with students best-suited to your teaching style and expertise.
• Our AI-powered Tutor Copilot enhances your sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features to save prep time and focus on teaching.
• We handle the logistics—you invoice for your tutoring sessions and we take care of payments.

Responsibilities

• Tutor online to students seeking Thesis Writing instruction via the Varsity Tutors platform.
• Set your own schedule and manage sessions remotely.
• Utilize the Live Learning Platform and available tools to support student learning.
• Provide high-quality, engaging instruction and adapt to individual student needs.
• Coordinate with Varsity Tutors for session logistics and payments.
