Job Summary

We are seeking a UX Research Manager to spearhead our efforts in sculpting long-term research strategies that bridge knowledge gaps and inform our product direction. This role is pivotal in fostering a supportive team environment, emphasizing growth, and elevating user experience insights to our executive team. The ideal candidate will innovate our research operations, ensuring our products are deeply connected with user needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Forge robust relationships with leads and stakeholders to shape strategic, long-term research agendas.
• Champion a team-oriented culture, coaching, and propelling a team of exceptional UX researchers towards excellence.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and goals.
• Advocate for user experience findings and insights, enhancing executive team awareness.
• Identify and execute enhancements to improve research operations, impact, and effectiveness.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven track record in leading UX research and team management.
• Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage executive audiences.
• Experience in UX research within tech/product development environments preferred.
