About the Role
As a Field Marketer and Brand Ambassador, you'll play a vital role in driving brand awareness, improving sell-through, and supporting retail relationships. From attending trade shows to leading in-store demos and executing merchandising initiatives, you'll be the face of the brand in the field. Responsibilities
- Represent the company and its portfolio of brands at trade shows, industry events, and local activations
- Conduct in-store demos, pop-ups, and product education sessions at dispensaries across Eastern Missouri
- Support merchandising efforts, including product placement, signage, display optimization, and inventory checks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and frontline staff
- Provide sell-through support by tracking inventory movement, gathering feedback, and ensuring proper product representation
- Support email marketing and brand communications to retail and wholesale partners
- Monitor local competitor activity, pricing, and promotional efforts
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing with sales initiatives
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in field marketing, brand ambassadorship, or outside sales
- Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Comfortable traveling throughout Missouri; some overnight or weekend availability may be needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with sales platforms like LeafLink is a bonus
